Recalibration Retreat: Return to the Heart

Return to the Heart: Joshua Tree Retreat                                                       Wednesday evening arrival through Monday  morning departure — 5 plus days and five nights of deep rest, renewal, practice, and adventure in the heart of the desert.

Held at the Yucca Shala in the high desert California at Joshua Tree

Daily practice includes a blend of Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Yoga Nidra, and Guided Meditation

Two desert excursions included

Sound Bowl experience on Sunday eve.

There is ample space to be on the grounds to sit and find some quiet and connection. A comfortable living room with fireside, and inside dining table. There is a large outdoor table and seating under the Joshua Trees.

There is a Hot Sauna for your daily use.

Queen size beds in a calm and climate controlled sleeping dorm. Lamp, space to keep your things and a charging station for each. There is a bathroom en suite that is shared. The main showers and lockers are in the main house a few steps away. Bath towels are provided.

The Yoga Room is an absolutely stunning space. This is where we will have our classes in 95-100 degree heat, and where we will have our Yoga Nidra and also the Sound Bath experience on Sunday night led by Spencer. There are plenty of mats, blankets, bolsters and props for getting deep into our practices. Cotton bath towels are provided — bring your own yoga mat towels.

We will do laundry daily and yes, we will wash all the yoga clothes too!

All meals are provided — mainly vegetarian, can accommodate vegan, dairy free, and gluten free. Let us know if you have any allergies. Fresh juice after the morning class. Coffee and teas. Snacks and fruit available throughout. Wednesday welcome dinner and Monday morning breakfast bar before departure.

We offer complimentary group transfers from Palm Springs Airport at scheduled times — details shared upon booking. If you're arriving or departing outside the group windows, Uber and rideshare are easy and available from PSP.

Flights and travel insurance are not included.
